مؤسسة الشيخ الطاهر الزاوي توقع مذكرة تفاهم مع بلدية عين زارة لإنشاء مشروع بنك الملابس
في إطار الجهود الحثيثة والمستمرة لتعزيز شبكة الأمان الاجتماعي وتوفير مقومات الحياة الكريمة للفئات الأكثر احتياجاً، تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم استراتيجية بين مؤسسة الشيخ الطاهر الزاوي الخيرية، ممثلةً برئيس مجلس إدارتها المهندس سالم رمضان، وبلدية عين زارة، ممثلةً بعميد البلدية المهندس أحمد ميلود بلوط. وتأتي هذه الخطوة الهامة لتتويج مساعي الجانبين في إطلاق مبادرات ملموسة تعود بالنفع المباشر على المواطنين، حيث نصت الاتفاقية بشكل رئيسي على الشروع في بناء وتأسيس مشروع "بنك الملابس" كمعلم خيري وخدمي داخل النطاق الجغرافي لبلدية عين زارة.
ويُعد مشروع "بنك الملابس" الذي انبثق عن مذكرة التفاهم، ركيزة أساسية لتنظيم العمل الخيري وضمان استدامته. وسيتولى هذا المشروع الرائد مهمة إدارة وتوزيع الملابس بطريقة مؤسسية ومنظمة ومنهجية لخدمة الفئات المحتاجة. وقد تم التأكيد على أن البنك سيُكرس خدماته ويوجه جهوده بشكل خاص وحصري لخدمة ودعم شريحتي الأيتام والأرامل، وذلك بهدف التخفيف من الأعباء المعيشية والاقتصادية الملقاة على عاتق هذه الأسر، مما يعكس أسمى معاني التضامن والمسؤولية المجتمعية.
كما أجرى الجانبان مباحثات موسعة لتعزيز سبل التعاون الإنساني المشترك. وتطرقت المباحثات إلى أهمية الانفتاح على مجالات أخرى تدعم التنمية المجتمعية الشاملة، من خلال بحث آليات تفعيل التعاون في الجانبين الثقافي والأكاديمي بين المؤسسة والبلدية، لضمان تقديم نهج متكامل يجمع بين الدعم الإغاثي والارتقاء المعرفي للمجتمع المحلي.

Sheikh Tahir Al-Zawi Charity Foundation Signs MoU with Ain Zara Municipality to Establish "Clothing Bank" Project
As part of continuous efforts to strengthen the social safety net and provide a decent standard of living for the most vulnerable groups, a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zawi Charity Foundation, represented by the Chairman of its Board of Directors, Eng. Salem Ramadan, and the Ain Zara Municipality, represented by its Mayor, Eng. Ahmed Miloud Ballout. This significant step crowns both parties' endeavors to launch tangible initiatives that directly benefit citizens. The agreement primarily stipulates the initiation and establishment of the "Clothing Bank" project as a charitable and service-oriented landmark within the geographical boundaries of the Ain Zara Municipality.
The "Clothing Bank" project, which emerged from the MoU, serves as a fundamental pillar for organizing charitable work and ensuring its sustainability. This pioneering project will undertake the mission of managing and distributing clothing in an institutional, organized, and systematic manner to serve those in need. It was emphasized that the bank will dedicate its services and direct its efforts specifically and exclusively to supporting orphans and widows. This initiative aims to alleviate the economic and living burdens borne by these families, reflecting the highest values of solidarity and social responsibility.
Furthermore, the two parties held extensive discussions to enhance avenues of joint humanitarian cooperation. The talks highlighted the importance of exploring other areas that support comprehensive community development, including mechanisms for activating cultural and academic cooperation between the Foundation and the Municipality. This ensures the delivery of an integrated approach that combines relief support with the cognitive and educational advancement of the local community.
