ITA is supporting the Ciarb Barbados Chapter's upcoming ADR Practitioner's Workshop: "Fundamentals of Arbitration for Counsel — Getting an Arbitration Started: What You Need to Know."
Designed for litigation lawyers looking to build practical arbitration skills, this half-day workshop covers the full arc of a case's early stages — from drafting an effective arbitration clause through the first procedural meeting with the tribunal.
The session will be led by senior Ciarb Barbados Chapter members alongside Hon. Barry Leon, Vice-Chair of the Ciarb Caribbean Branch and Chair of ITA's Caribbean Task Force.
