Purpose. People. Integrity. These aren’t just values — they’re the throughline of Andria McCollough’s career, and this year they earned her the Cornerstone Professional of the Year Award.

Since joining Truity Credit Union in 2007, Andria has steadily shaped a culture defined by trust, accountability, and excellence. As Chief Administrative Officer, she has strengthened organizational alignment, elevated leadership capacity, and championed the human element that makes credit unions unique.

One of her standout contributions: creating an enterprise‑wide efficiency tracker that reframed efficiency as a shared mindset rather than a mandate. The result? A collaborative, pride‑building effort across the entire organization.

“The tracker itself was less about a tool and more about a mindset… becoming better, together.”

Beyond Truity, Andria invests in the broader movement: serving on Cornerstone councils, leading cuLEAD Academy as dean, mentoring others, and giving back as a certified life coach and community volunteer.

Her leadership reminds us that culture is built one person, one conversation, one act of service at a time.
