What an incredible day at the Heart & Sole 5K! 🏃‍♀️💙

We are so grateful to everyone who came out to run, walk, volunteer, and support this year’s event. The energy, community spirit, and shared commitment to giving back made it truly special.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT RACE START TIMES!

Due to the weather, race start times will be earlier.

Fun Run now starts at 8:00 AM and the 5K will start at 8:30 AM.

Looking forward to a morning of running and splashing for a great cause!!

7:30- Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup
8:30- 1-Mile Fun Run Starts
9:00- 5K Starts
