马步站桩:
两脚以肩平站立。
两脚趾内扣,成内八字。
两膝盖向外分开,同时屈膝下蹲成骑马姿势, 如同坐在马背上。两膝不过脚趾, 力在脚根。

上身姿势:
提两手平行至中腕穴, 两臂松垂,屈肘抬臂,上臂略向前伸,手指松直,手心向下,形成骑马之势。

不可闭眼,放松心情,不要用意念。呼吸自然, 慢和均匀。

时间: 30 - 45 分钟

Horse Stance (Ma Bu) Standing Posture:
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Turn your toes inward slightly, forming a slight inward "V" shape.
3. Open your knees outward while bending them into a squat, as if sitting on a horse's back.
4. Keep your knees behind your toes, with strength focused on your heels.

Upper Body Posture:
1. Raise both hands to the level of the Zhongwan point (midline of the upper abdomen, about 4 inches above the navel).
2. Relax your arms, bend your elbows, and slightly extend your upper arms forward.
3. Keep your fingers naturally straight and palms facing down, forming the posture of riding a horse.

Do not close your eyes. Do not let your eyes wander around; keep your eyes looking straight ahead.

Relax your mind, and do not use mental focus or intention.

Breathe naturally, slowly, and evenly.

Duration: 30 - 45 minutes
