Handmade Hugs by Mary’s Angels Founded in dedication to Mary Redden, a generous and talented woman we lost in early 2024.

We are continuing the mission to provide comfort to children experiencing trauma with new, handmade hugs (blankets).

Thanks to our incredible volunteers, Handmade Hugs by Mary’s Angels had a truly heartwarming year.

• Hats: 279*
*Thanks to your dedication—and your thoughtful feedback—we were also able to provide Parkland Hospital with an additional supply of infant hats.

• Hats: 26

From our first delivery to the thousands of handmade items shared this year, your compassion has wrapped families in comfort and love. We can’t wait to see what we create together next year.
