Queens and Future Queens (QAFQ) is a non-for-profit organization focused on empowering women to pay it forward by mentoring the next generation. QAFQ offers learning platforms for women and mentorship programs for girls ages 10 through 16 years old. QAFQ believes empowering women and enabling girls to be future leaders is going to contribute toward economic growth, social transformation, and polit

ical stability. The female population needs to have the opportunity to have an increased participation in the corporate America. Currently, American female youth is facing issues such as bullying, violence, social exclusion, teen pregnancy, peer pressure etc. Through our mentorship programs, we aim to reduce these issues by preventing the participation of our female youth in at-risk​ behaviors. We help them rise beyond their circumstances and tackle the challenges that come their way.

QAFQ believes that our women and our girls have raging potential to create a positive impact. Our programs are designed to expose them to endless possibilities that exist for them personally and professionally. We help them walk in confidence. We help them nurture their passion. We help them find their purpose. We create agents of change.

This Month QAFQ is honored to not only recognize but also celebrate Ms. Smita Pawa Khurana for being an outstanding citizen with nonstop efforts to ensure our work continues.
