For over 25 years John Dembeck has worked in both business and ministry. He has functioned in several key leadership roles in business and has been the Chief Operations Officer for three of them, all while serving in a pastoral role in his local church. It’s from these life experiences that John shares his story and how he believes Christian professionals can weave faith into their everyday work to become the best version of themselves. Two key components if that expression are our work and our faith. The mission of the Work and Faith Matters ministry is to encourage the believer in both their work and their faith. God needs His people everywhere and Work and Faith Matters is there to equip and encourage the beleiver wherever that may be. John’s message has been tailored to motivate and inspire Christian professionals as they fulfill the Great Commission. John has been married to his wife Cindy for over 35 years, they have four children and currently reside in the Dallas, Texas area.
