Ebony needs a home guys! She's been with us the longest.
4 year old female purebred labrador. Given up due to landlord standards. She is a lovely girl & has a huge desire to hunt. Let her out in her element and she will retrieve that waterfowl like nobody's business. Ebony needs a home with kids over 10 years and NO chickens or other dogs. She is extremely territorial around other dogs and likes to be the center of attention. She's also eaten a few too many chickens in her lifetime. She is overall a wonderful companion that needs a fur ever home just like the rest of them. Please share if you care! -Breanna

At the beggining of the year we re located to Corona California .We have had a lot of new rescues come in and are having quite a time with some foster animals atm. Will update current adoptable animals soon. Thanks for staying with us! ~Breanna

I would absolutly love to take more animals in right now but we are PACKED! One of my fosters has 4 dogs right now + 2 of her own & 3 cats. If i got more fosters i would be able to take more animals but i don't so sadly we are not accepting any more animals at the moment.

Last night I posted about Jr, Quilly & Marita the puppies that i rescued. I am totally broken hearted exhausted and emotionally drained now that i battled to keep Quilly alive through the night. I sat in the room with her crying all night watching her slip away slowly. Quilly I'm sorry you were treated like trash & had to say goodbye. I loved you with all my heart while I could & I'm glad i got the opportunity.

Saved these pups (left to right Jr. male, Quilly female, Marita female) I was coming home from my meeting last night & heard whimpering as I got out of my car at the gas station. They were dumped in a box beside the trash can by the pump ahead of me. I could not leave them there so they are now at my house. I took them to the vet this morning- they ALL have parvo vet said id i did not save them they would have died in the next 24 hrs. Poor pups! People make me absolutely sick. I have 12 (now 15) dogs in my house & I'm keeping the pups in our guest bedroom away from the others while they are recovering but I will need fosters for them when they are better. Can anyone help out? Vet said they look to be all purebred to him could possibly be a mix. Little Quilly (middle) is doing the worst right now. Please pray that she'll make it. I'm exhausted & the vet visit way $$$$$ not even going to say thankfully they are patient & are letting me pay a little at a time. I am so glad I was able to save them.

Guess what Denver wants for Christmas? He just wants a home that will love him & never dump him again. Please share him i want him to be with his forever home this holiday season! Ty.

Denver(1yr old shep/lab) has had some bad luck in his short life. Along with being almost completely deaf, he was abandon as a puppy with his 3 sisters at a McDonalds door in Denver, CO. He was found by a man and he took them in but got tired of them after a while so took them to a high kill shelter where they then were pulled his sisters got adopted by their families who had arranged to go get them but poor Denver's adopters pulled out after they found out he had kennel cough which is easily treatable. He was pulled once again and this time came to a TX family but after 4 months they lost their home and could not afford him anymore. He was sent to a shelter here until just a week ago was pulled by us and now in foster care waiting for YOU to be his real forever home ! He's only a year old and has been tossed around from shelter to shelter always stuck in a kennel not knowing why no one wanted to take him home! The shelter informed us that he had gone to the vet and they found his hearing in both ears was not very good but since he's been in foster care we're pretty sure his hearing is almost completely gone. He knows how to sit but that's about it Denver wants to please and fallows his foster dad everywhere around the yard and has really good with his daughter who's 4 yrs old. He needs a securely fenced yard and a companion dog to keep him company and he's checked GOOD with cats is very gentle with the foster family's cat and litter of foster kittens.

I was out doing errands today and ran into an old high school classmate of mine I haven't seen for years. She asked me what I was up to and asked if I was just visiting back or living here now, I told her I was living here doing a dog/cat rescue in the area and I was out getting some more food for them. Her face changed from smiley, happy to a complete strait face-- I knew something bad was going to come out of this. She responded to me with an "Oh..." with a nasty look on her face. I gave her a questioning look and she continued "You never struck me as a person who would spend their life doing something as time wasting as that." I was in shock and to be honest I got a little mad. I wanted to scream in her face "TIME WASTING? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! I HELP SAVE ANIMALS THAT PEOPLE LIKE YOU LEAVE TO DIE.... IF I WASTED TIME I WOULD NOT BE DOING THIS." I held my tongue and politely said "It's the most rewarding job anyone could have, not a time waster. Thank you but I love what I do and I will keep doing it until people like you see the importance of it and until the dogs and cats all have loving homes and there is no need for rescues anymore." And walked into Petsmart, leaving her looking confused and then I watched her walk to her car and drive away.

Brady was adopted by his loving foster family today ~~ Thank you Michelson family for fostering and adopting ! LOL wanna foster another now?

Brady is a 4 yr old jack russell/pointer mix. His owners had a baby and Brady was too high energy around her so they brought him to us ans asked us to find a good home where he'll get he attention he loves and deserves because he's a awesome dog. "Brady has a funny personality and makes everyone laugh! He has great facial expressions and we love him to death but we don't have time to give him his daily run anymore with a baby and he's too hyper around her we're afraid he'll hurt her.He's done pretty good with other female dogs but doesn't care for other male dogs and has never met a cat and we don't know what he'd do around one because he likes to chase small animals outside so a home without a cat unless he's checked with them is best. He needs someone who will run with him everyday he's real good on the leash never has had a pulling issue. Please give my sweet dog a chance and a home that will love him just as much as we did, I am doing what's best for him and us as much as I want to keep him!" -Brady's old owner. Brady is neutered, knows basic commands and is VERY smart (could learn more! :) ) active, potty trained, good off leash recall, needs a home with kids 7+ yrs, good in house unattended, no males dogs and no cats. Holly~ now Ginger went to her furever home on Monday ! They say she's become a perfect fit and they're so glad they adopted her. Thanks for choosing pawsitive Hope!!! I wish you and Ginger both luck on your life long journey together as a family.
