Custer Road Students We are the Student Ministry at Custer Road United Methodist Church in Plano, TX. We believe that we are called to create whole people in the image of Christ.

Our church's mission statement is "Helping People Know the Love of Jesus" and as students we believe that we take part in this by "Responding to God's Call to Love." The student ministry at Custer Road is a vibrant and growing program for students in grades 6th-12th. We seek to connect students with God in meaningful ways that will equip them to be a lifelong follower of Jesus. We have implemented a holistic youth ministry philosophy and structure the programs and events around the 4 guiding principles of holistic ministry: worship, learning, community, and service. While each of the parts are important, the sum of these parts working together will create a dynamic and transformative individual that is a witness to the love, grace, and power of Jesus Christ. All youth are welcome to join us on their spiritual journeys as we figure out how life and faith intersect in ways that are complicated, invigorating, difficult, and fun!
