Through a partnership between CMI and Spiars Engineering & Surveying, a team of construction professionals came to Iglesia Alianza Pusuquí in Quito, Ecuador, for a mission trip dedicated to serving the local church.

Together, they built a brand-new kitchen and extended the cafeteria patio, improving the church’s facilities to better serve its congregation and community.

This is part of CMI’s mission: to strengthen churches throughout Latin America so they can accelerate the expansion of the gospel in their cities.

We are grateful for every person who gave their time, skills, and heart to this project. Because serving God also means serving His Church and the people who gather in His name.

💧 Celebrating new life in Christ! 🙌

What a beautiful day at Iglesia Alianza Puembo as 10 people took the step of baptism, publicly declaring their faith in Jesus and choosing to follow Him. Each baptism is a reminder that God is still transforming lives, bringing hope, and calling people into a new beginning with Him. 🤍

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Qué hermoso tiempo vivieron en Iglesia Alianza Puembo: 10 personas dieron el paso del bautismo, declarando públicamente su fe en Jesús y decidiendo seguirle. Cada bautismo es un recordatorio de que Dios sigue transformando vidas, trayendo esperanza y llamando a las personas a un nuevo comienzo junto a Él. 🤍

Iglesia Alianza Norte joyfully celebrated 32 baptisms—a beautiful testimony of people taking a step of faith and publicly declaring their decision to follow Jesus.

Baptism is a powerful reminder of God’s transforming work in our lives and the new beginning we have in Christ. We celebrate each story, each decision, and each life changed by His grace. 🤍

What if your business could become a platform for sharing the Gospel?

At CMI, we believe businesses can play a meaningful role in extending the life-giving love of Jesus Christ throughout Latin America. That’s why we’re excited to see our partner churches creating opportunities to equip professionals to live out their faith in the workplace.

Thanks to the efforts of Encuentro Cumbayá and its Financial Ministry, together with Spiars Engineering, Inc. , this vision came to life through a special business workshop in Quito, Ecuador.

The leadership team of Spiars Engineering, a Christian-led company based in Dallas, Texas, shared the biblical principles that guide their mission, vision, values, and business practices. What a blessing to see so many Ecuadorian professionals eager to learn how their businesses can become platforms for sharing the Gospel and reflecting Jesus’ love to employees, clients, partners, and everyone they encounter in their daily work.

We pray this workshop will inspire lasting change and encourage more business leaders to integrate their faith into every aspect of their work.

A heartfelt thank you to Encuentro Cumbayá for opening its doors and helping make this event possible, and to the leadership team at Spiars Engineering for generously sharing their time, knowledge, and experience.

Together, we’re discovering new ways to make Jesus known in the heart of our cities.

Iglesia Alianza Puembo joyfully celebrated the graduation of 12 students who completed two years of study at the Bible Academy.

These two years have been a journey of learning, growth, and commitment to going deeper into God’s Word. We celebrate their desire to know God more, serve Him, and share His truth with others. 🙏✨
