Before our North Texas Giving Day campaign begins tomorrow, we wanted to pause and say something simple: thank you.

Whether you've supported CAIL financially, shared our work with your network, or simply followed along to learn more about what we do — you're part of this. The training we provide shapes how a judge rules, how an officer responds to a call, how a case gets handled fairly instead of unfairly. The effects of that reach further than we can usually see or measure.

🎉 CAIL is pleased to announce that Jay E. Ray has been named Director of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), effective immediately.

Jay, who currently serves as Vice President of CAIL, succeeds Thomas (T.L.) Cubbage, who is now focusing on his role as President of CAIL. Jay previously served as Co-Director of the Institute for Energy Law - IEL and now leads both ITA and the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law (SWIICL).

"Jay's proven leadership across CAIL's institutes makes him exceptionally well-suited to guide ITA's continued growth," said T.L. Cubbage, President of CAIL.
