Is social media just one more thing on your already full plate?

Or could it be one of the most helpful tools for your nonprofit?

Social media isn't about chasing likes or keeping up with trends. It's about sharing your mission, telling stories of impact, connecting with supporters, and inviting others into the work God has called you to do.

When viewed through that lens, social media becomes less of a burden and more of a ministry tool.

In this reel, Terri and Susanna discuss how nonprofit leaders can approach social media with purpose rather than pressure.

What has been your biggest challenge with social media as a nonprofit leader?

At WNPA, we love celebrating the work of our members and the lives being changed through their ministries.

Pendeza Uganda didn't just help provide a life-saving surgery for Esther. They walked alongside a family as God brought physical, spiritual, and economic transformation.

Today, Esther is healthy, thriving in school, and actively involved in her community. Ruth is a business owner, a believer, and a homeowner.

Stories like this remind us that sustainable ministry creates lasting impact, one person, one family, and one community at a time.

We're grateful to support members like as they faithfully serve and share the love of Christ.

Our members are making a Kingdom impact in communities around the world. Explore their stories, celebrate what God is doing, and see the difference your support can make by reading our latest Quarterly Impact Report.

Read the report at the link in our bio and be encouraged by the incredible work happening through our WNPA members.

Waiting for the perfect plan, perfect timing, or perfect outcome can keep us from moving forward.

Progress often looks like taking the next faithful step before everything feels ready.

As nonprofit leaders, we are called to steward what God has given us today, not wait until conditions are perfect tomorrow.

Done is often better than perfect when it comes to serving others, building momentum, and advancing your mission.

Keep moving forward. Small steps still count.

Social media doesn't have to feel like a full-time job.

One of the biggest mistakes nonprofit leaders make is trying to be everywhere, all at once. The result? Exhaustion, inconsistency, and frustration.

Instead, focus on a sustainable rhythm.

At WNPA, we encourage leaders to create a posting rhythm they can realistically maintain over the long haul. Consistency will always outperform occasional bursts of activity.

Think stewardship, not pressure.

Show up regularly. Share your mission. Tell stories of impact. Trust God with the growth.

The goal isn't to keep up with every trend, it's to faithfully communicate the work He's called you to do.

What's one thing that has helped you stay consistent on social media?

Vision is powerful, but goals help bring vision to life.

Many nonprofit leaders have a heart for impact, but without clear goals, it's easy to stay stuck in ideas and intentions. Setting goals creates direction, focus, and measurable steps toward the mission God has entrusted to you.

You don't have to have every detail figured out. Start with one goal, take one faithful step, and trust God with the journey.

What is one goal you're working toward this season?

✨ It’s official Launch Her Legacy has begun!

We are honored to partner with one of our Sponsored Members, His Mighty Warriors , in this Kingdom-impact initiative designed to equip and encourage the next generation of women leaders.

Over the coming weeks, these young women will be invested in through leadership development, spiritual growth, mentorship, and hands-on nonprofit experience as they explore God’s calling on their lives.

At WNPA, we love supporting collaborations like this, where organizations come together to accomplish more for the Kingdom than they could alone.

Please join us in praying for each participant as they grow in confidence, character, and purpose this summer. 💙

What does multiplying impact look like?

One of our members, Two or More, is showing us.

Through partnerships with local churches, community organizations, and dedicated volunteers, they continue creating opportunities to serve, give, and make a difference where it's needed most.

From mobilizing teens to help meet practical needs to supporting other nonprofits through generous financial gifts, their impact reaches far beyond a single organization.

At WNPA, we love supporting members like Two or More who understand that lasting impact happens when people come together around a shared purpose. Not sure how to multiply the impact? Click the link in bio.

Behind every mission is a story being shared. 🤍

This month at WNPA, we’re talking about social media, not as pressure to “perform,” but as a meaningful way nonprofits can connect, encourage, and invite others into the work God is doing.

We loved gathering with these incredible women leaders who are stewarding their missions with faithfulness and creativity.

Interested in being part of a community of women nonprofit leaders? We’d love to come alongside you. Link in bio.

Social media is no longer an “extra” for nonprofits.
It’s one of the main ways people discover your mission, connect with your story, and become part of what God is doing through your organization.

Every post is an opportunity to encourage.
Every reel is an opportunity to share impact.
Every story is an opportunity to invite someone into the mission.

The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s consistency, clarity, and connection.

At WNPA, we love helping nonprofit leaders steward social media in a way that feels sustainable, intentional, and aligned with their calling. 🤍
