FIGHT Ministries We are a Christian organization in the Dominican Republic named FIGHT MINISTRIES: Freeing Individuals from the Grasp of Human Trafficking.

Our goal is to prevent, rescue, and rehabilitate victims that are trapped in a system and society of oppression and abuse. We strive to be a voice for children that are dominated by the brutal world of modern-day slavery. Our purpose is to restore hope, healing, security, and safety to children through the power of Christ.

This is more than a house. It’s a place of hope. 💛

Behind these doors, girls who have experienced exploitation are given a safe place to heal, grow, learn, laugh, and begin dreaming about their futures again.

Today, we’re grateful for every person who helps make this possible—through prayer, giving, serving, sharing our story, and standing alongside FIGHT Ministries.

Another Incredible Update! 🎉

Because of your generosity, our Matching Funds for our $60,000 Campaign has grown by another $4,730! ❤️

One of the highlights? Last night, two of our current Board members and two of our former Board members gave up their evening to park cars for FIGHT Ministries—and together they raised over $2,100 for the girls at the Refuge!

This is what it looks like when people believe every child deserves hope, healing, and a future.

We are continually amazed by the creativity and sacrifice of those who stand with us. Every fundraiser, every gift, every shared post, and every act of service brings us one step closer to ensuring the Refuge can continue providing a safe home for girls recovering from s*x trafficking.

Human trafficking is one of the fastest-growing forms of exploitation in the world, and millions of children remain vulnerable.

Today, on World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, we pause to remember that every child is created in the image of God and deserves to grow up in safety, dignity, and love.

At FIGHT Ministries, we have the privilege of walking alongside girls in the Dominican Republic as they heal from the trauma of trafficking. We cannot end trafficking alone—but together, we can be part of the solution.

Today is World Day Against Trafficking in Persons. 💙

When most people think about human trafficking, they picture the rescue.

But rescue is only the beginning.

Healing takes time. Trust takes time. Hope takes time.

This photo captures what aftercare looks like. It looks like a safe place to sit beside someone. It looks like quiet conversations, patient love, and relationships that remind a child she is no longer alone.

At FIGHT Ministries, we walk with girls who have survived the unimaginable. Through safe housing, counseling, education, and the love of Christ, we help them discover that their story is not over.

What a wonderful day at the Refuge! 💙

Today we were blessed by a team from Mission of Hope and FUSED Chapel High School Ministry from The Chapel in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who spent the day serving alongside our Perlas. Together they painted, cleaned, worked on projects around the property, and even enjoyed a fun game of volleyball!

Seeing the Perlas laugh, work together, and build relationships through service is such a gift. Days like these remind us that healing happens not only through counseling and education, but also through community, joy, and people who are willing to show up with the love of Christ.

A huge thank you to Mission of Hope and FUSED Chapel High School Ministry and The Chapel for spending your day with us and for being the hands and feet of Jesus. Your encouragement, hard work, and servant hearts made a lasting impact on our girls and our ministry. We are so grateful for each of you and hope to welcome you back again soon! ❤️
