The 2026 Spring Clean-Up officially ended this weekend! We are so grateful to all of our volunteers, including those pictured below, as well as our sponsors! A large amount of litter was collected around town as you can see from the last picture, so we are thankful for everyone's efforts to pick all of that up and make our town a cleaner place to be! Thank you to all involved!!

It's the final hours of the 2026 Spring Town-Wide Clean-Up! Tomorrow (Saturday, April 25th) is the last day for volunteers to return collected litter to the Plainville Recycling Center between 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Volunteers can also pick up additional supplies if needed. Thank you to everyone who has supported this year's clean-up!

We're so excited that our trailer wrap is finally complete! Thank you to LVJ Trailers, The Wrap Guy, and Moore Than Nature Photography. We love how it came out and how it showcases so many beautiful spots in Plainville!

A big THANK YOU to all of our volunteers who have been out there this month, even in the rain, to pick up litter in our town. That includes the Friends of Lake Mirimichi in these pictures, a large group from Stop & Shop, Girl Scouts. and so many more individuals and groups! Thank you all for helping to Keep Plainville Beautiful! Just a few more days to go!

Tonight is our Supply Pick-Up! If you are already registered for the town-wide clean-up starting April 1st, you can pick up your supplies between 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall tonight. Can't make it tonight? Pick up your supplies any Saturday in April at the Plainville Recycling Center between 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
