Keep Plainville Beautiful

09/23/2026

Due to the weather forecast of a rainy and windy nor'easter this weekend, Keep Plainville Beautiful has decided to cancel the Plant Swap scheduled for this Saturday morning. This means we also will not be collecting plants on Thursday or Friday evenings. Thank you to those who had planned to participate, and we hope to try this again in the future.

The Plant Swap is in one week! See details below.

The Keep Plainville Beautiful Committee is currently seeking donations of perennial plants for our first-ever Fall Plant Swap.

If you have perennials that are ready to be divided,
we will be collecting plants at Telford Park on
Thursday, Sept. 24th and Friday, Sept. 25th from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
(Please label the plants!)

If you need new perennials for your yard, the Plant Swap is on
Saturday, Sept. 26th at Telford Park from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
All are welcome to come pick out new perennials for your yard!

Donations to Keep Plainville Beautiful will be gratefully accepted.

Any perennials not swapped on Saturday will be re-planted in public areas around town.
