Lions Club meeting today we heard from several of the organizations that have benefited from the Jimmy Dean Music Festival!

Representatives from the Plainview Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture, Meals on Wheels, Catholic Charities, Lone Star Santa, PAWS, and the YMCA will share how festival proceeds have made a difference in our community.

Today we had the pleasure of hearing from Lion Dr. Brent Richburg and his much-better half, Leslie Richburg, as they shared the ins and outs of the exciting world of SCUBA diving! 🌊🤿 Their presentation gave us a fascinating look into the adventures, skills, and experiences that come with exploring beneath the surface.

We also had the honor of recognizing the memory Lion Mike Melcher for his outstanding dedication and service to the Lions Texas Eyeglass Recycling Foundation. On Mike’s behalf, Deb Melcher accepted the award, which was presented by PDG Terry Hawkins.
