The Pasadena Nominating Committee met on March 24, 2026 and the proposed slate for the 2026-2027 school year is presented below.

Any parent that wants to self-nominate for any of these positions would need to email the nominating chair (Kendra). The deadline is 3 days before the April PTA meeting, which is on April 15th. They can e-mail Kendra Muscolino, at [email protected].

The nominating committee will present it’s report at the Pasadena PTA meeting on April 15, 2026, at which time any additional nominations made from the floor will be presented. We will be voting on the slate at this meeting.

We are excited to start planning for the 2026-2027 school year and that begins with our Executive Board. We are the core of the PTA and would love it if you got involved. There are many positions available where you can help out, whether you are a working parent or a stay at home parent.

Please read and fill out the attached Google Form to add yourself to the nominations for the various positions. Descriptions of each position are included on the google form. Deadline to submit the form is March 24th.

We are so excited for PARP Week in March with our awesome author, Ethan Long who will be visiting Pasadena on March 3rd.

His fun, engaging books are a huge hit with kids —perfect for adding to your home library. We're celebrating with an Ethan Long Book Sale & we want to make sure our children have the opportunity to bring a piece of the experience home.

Not bragging, but our decorating committee is bringing the 🔥 with their winter display.

Please take a minute to nominate someone for the POB PTA Council Founders Day award.

This is different from our specific school Founders Day of which we’ve already announced our 25-26 deserving recipients.

This could be a parent that does things throughout the district or a community member (ex. George from Bella vista got it one year for always supporting PTA fundraisers). Staff in the past has been people that work in central or someone that works in various schools.

It is not a requirement to be a PTA Member to be considered for this award.
