🎆 Firework Safety:

🇺🇸USA turns 250! Fireworks are a great way to celebrate, but they can also cause serious injuries in seconds. Our Firework Safety campaign reminds everyone to:

• Keep a safe distance
• Supervise children at all times
• Have water nearby
• Never relight a dud firework

🛴 Electric Scooter & E-Bike Safety:

We've seen an increase in unsafe electric scooter and e-bike use throughout our community. Riders are reminded that these are vehicles and must follow the same traffic laws as everyone else.

✔️ Obey traffic signs and signals
✔️ Ride at a safe speed
✔️ Stay alert and avoid distractions
✔️ Wear a helmet every ride

Plains EMS provides FREE helmets to anyone in our community who needs one. Stop by the station or give us a call at (806) 810-2501 to receive yours while supplies last.
