Tragedy in Spokane over the weekend. While this sports complex there is a total loss, people's homes are gone too. 😢Please be careful out there and a reminder: OUR COMPLEX DOES NOT ALLOW FIREWORKS. (Wouldn't say it if it wasn't an issue).

Tournament organizer Erika Lawyer said that although overall participation numbers were down slightly from prior Shootouts, a larger amount of local young girls’ teams in this year’s event was a welcome development.

Started our play with a huge air High 5 after a moment of silence for Alvin Amundson. Many thanks to his family for allowing us to finally publicly recognize his donations throughout the years and to thank him for the $100k he left our sports complex in his will. RIP Alvin.
