‼️ Important Update ‼️
As a Board we have voted that we will cease operations as of July 31st, 2024. It has been a wonderful 7 years of helping others in our community. We are so proud of the work we did even through Covid and beyond. With the closure of our storefront last fall, we do not feel as though we are as effective in helping the community in the small ways that we are still able to and have therefore decided to dissolve our non profit. Any current funds in our budget we have decided to split amongst Family Promise of Hendricks County and Plainfield Youth Assistance Program. We want to thank any and all organizations, individuals, especially our volunteers through the years for all of the amazing support! The impact we did make was truly only possible because of groups and people like you! As individuals we plan to continue to support our community and hope to always make it a better place. ❤️ Thanks for everything! ❤️

Hello! Just a reminder, if you or someone you know are hoping to receive back to school clothing assistance (meaning by the end of July) we ask that you apply anytime between now and June 15th, 2024. This is limited to Hendricks County Residents at this time. Thanks for following and for all the support.

My Daily Walk Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing basic need items to low income families in our community. Examples of the items are shoes, coats, socks, underwear, and toiletries.

⭐️ An update on how we are moving forward in our mission to help those in need of clothing assistance in Hendricks County. ⭐️
We have moved to an application process for those who wish to apply to potentially receive assistance. Please see the link on our website:

It’s important to note the following:
•As of now we will only be able to assist Hendricks County Residents.
•Families/Individuals are eligible to apply ONCE A YEAR for assistance.
•All documentation requested must be received to be considered for assistance.
•Assistance is not guaranteed, and will be approved by our board of directors. We will contact applicants if they’ve been selected to receive funding.

‼️ IMPORTANT ‼️
As we end 2023 we wanted to make you aware that we no longer have our storefront clothing closet in Plainfield as of November. We are not able to accept donations of used clothing and will not be accepting any in the future.
Coming in January will begin using an application for assistance to provide new clothing for families in need. Families will be eligible to receive assistance once a year. There is no guarantee of assistance, but we will do our best to help as many people as we can.
For options as far as donating gently used clothing or for those looking to visit clothing closet/thrift stores we suggest Northview Christian Church’s clothing closet in Danville, Active Grace at Camp Camby, and the thrift store/food pantry at St. Mark’s Church in Plainfield.
