Thanks to the Plainfield community for exceeding our expectations for our first time hosting our Pancake Breakfast with donations supporting our mission to unite the community through the arts! We ended up selling over 100 tickets and at one point ran out of pancakes!
Thanks to for the food, and Maple Butter Cafe in Plainfield for the generous donation and FAST turnaround on those extra 100 pancakes we needed to make sure everyone got fed!
Thank you to for the space and Chef Jose in the kitchen, Nancy from Sanctuary for donating the plates, napkins, silverware, and cups.
Thanks to for the coffee and for serving up a few early mimosas, beermosas, and Bloody Marys!
And thanks to the PPAC team who pulled together on a new idea, shoestring budget, and a LOT of unknowns to pull this all together in just over one month, from idea to ex*****on.
