Good afternoon! I’m reaching out to the community for your assistance with the Pantry. It has been vandalized numerous times, it is currently missing doors. We have replaced the door doors  numerous times. Last week the pantry was actually tipped over. If anyone is able and willing to help us rebuild the doors, we would greatly appreciate it. My only other option is to remove the Pantry from that location. Please message if you’re able to assist with this.

Good morning! The south pantry (Caton farm rd) is in desperate need of non perishable foods. The shelves are pretty bare. If you are out and about, please consider picking up some food. Big needs - Mac and cheese, peanut butter, pasta, canned foods, cereal, oatmeal, snacks, things like that. Please remember, even if it is cold outside, ONLY non perishables please! Thank you for your support.

Good morning.

We are having significant issues with the south pantry. If we continue to have issues, we will have to take the pantry down.

We found EGGS and a half eaten bag of cereal. The pantry now has roaches. Almost daily we are finding perishable items in the pantry. Would you eat eggs that have been out in the heat and sun?
Everything in the picture is expired food. Again, do you eat expired food?

We appreciate people trying to help but this is unacceptable.

Thank you to everyone who supports our micro pantry. We appreciate your kindness. Just a reminder that it is a pantry and should only have non perishable, in code food and hygiene products, diapers, etc.

No EXPIRED food please. If you won’t eat it, please don’t expect someone who is in need to eat it.

Please don’t leave items like, clothing, small kitchens items, etc at the pantry. Those items can be taken to Rich En Deed.

Edward Jones has been very gracious in hosting the pantry in their parking lot. Leaving things that are not food or hygiene products out side and around true pantry will jeopardize the continued support of the pantry.

Thank you again for your dedication in serving those in need.

The micro pantry is closed for a few days. The doors are being fixed. The nearest pantry is 24020 W. Frazier Rd Plainfield. Thank you for your patience.
