From the Westry-Horne Cultural Heritage Lecture Series, the Frontiers International Plainfield Area Club presents: "My Journey as a Black Woman Growing up in Oklahoma."

Join us on March 21 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM for an intimate look into the life and experiences of distinguished author and historian Anita Arnold. This session will be streaming live on Facebook and YouTube.

We were honored to welcome Lulu Oro Hamlett: rising Broadway talent (swing/understudy in Hell’s Kitchen) and proud AMDA graduate: as our special guest performer at the 50th Annual MLK Memorial Breakfast.

Lulu was beautifully accompanied by PHS Alum Deja McNair, whose dance brought an extra layer of magic to the performance. 💃✨

Lulu is currently lighting up the Shubert Theatre in NYC as the understudy for Ali, Jessica, and Tiny in "Hell’s Kitchen," an award-winning musical created by Alicia Keys and featuring a powerhouse cast.

A proud AMDA alum, Lulu’s journey is grounded in faith and fierce dedication: her artistry guided by Proverbs 12:1 and a spirit of wisdom.
