Great way to volunteer on September 20th at Back Your Badge Marathon!! Just takes a few hours to hand out water, help with traffic, assist runners on the route, or help at the start/finish line!
Such a great event…you won’t be disappointed if you volunteer!

You don’t have to run 26.2 miles to be part of race day!

We still need volunteers to help make the 2026 Back Your Badge Marathon happen! 🏃 Whether you’re handing out water, helping runners along the course, assisting at the start and finish, or supporting behind the scenes, every volunteer plays a part in creating a great experience for our runners and helps ensure everything goes smoothly.

For students, success might mean getting to school on time, completing an assignment, studying for a test, making a positive choice, asking for help, or simply trying again after something doesn't go as planned.

Those small efforts may not always feel significant in the moment, but over time, they can lead to big changes and lasting success. 🌟

💡 Did you know that early intervention CAN make a difference

At PYAP, we believe that the earlier we can support a student, the more opportunities they have to overcome challenges before those challenges become bigger obstacles.

Students may be struggling with academics, attendance, friendships, family changes, emotions, confidence, or other challenges that can impact their success. Early intervention gives the Early Intervention Advocates the opportunity to step in, listen, build a relationship, and help students develop the tools they need to move forward.

Through individualized support, mentoring, tutoring, therapeutic
resources, extracurricular opportunities, and strong community connections, PYAP helps students:

🧡Develop healthy coping skills
💚Build positive relationship
💙 Improve confidence and decision-making
💜Stay connected to school and their community
💛 Discover their strengths and potential

Early intervention isn't about waiting for a problem to become a crisis. It's about recognizing when a student needs support and being there to help them.

Sometimes, a little support at the right time can change the direction of a student's future.

That's what PYAP is all about—building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping students find their path forward. 💙💛
