WHOA passed the bill SB655 with NM Senator Komadina MD. in 2007 to protect and preserve our NM Wild Horses while also working with then Attorney General Patricia Madrid.

There have been about 20 Bad Bills since 2017 and they WANT a HIGHWAY CONNECTING I25 to RT14 to I40 with 20,000 trips per day! WATER USE, INVERSIONS, CRIME!! ONLY THE BEARS, and Wild Horses are in the WAY! BIG Horn Sheep already gone off the Sandia in Mid-1990's.
