We’re hiring a prep cook/dishwasher!

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list
Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves
Washing, chopping and sorting ingredients including fruits, vegetables and meats
Measuring quantities of ingredients
Starting first steps in various dishes
Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils and cookware, taking out trash and sanitizing kitchen
Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards
Keeping track of inventory and collaborating with management staff to order/resupply

The Knights will be closed this evening for a private event. There will be no sign-in, and no bar service for anyone not attending the event.

We have some sad Wednesday news. Reel in the Years Trio will not be playing this evening.

We have some very exciting Thursday news though, because they'll be here tomorrow with their every-other-Wednesday night energy on a Thursday to kick off the holiday weekend properly!
