Pittsford Little League

Pittsford Little League We are a volunteer-operated not for profit organization affiliated with Little League, International. We welcome players at all skill levels.

Through the game, we teach life lessons in leadership, perseverance, discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. At its core, the PLL experience is about establishing lifelong memories and creating a sense of pride in our community. We create an environment where friends and classmates play with and against each other for good-natured bragging rights. Since our inception, two PLL players have gone on

to play Major League Baseball. Simply put, we’re proud of them and equally proud when our players go on to do great things in something other than baseball or softball.

• 9-10 yr olds for 2027: August 16th or August 17th at 5:30 pm

Our Short Season Summer Baseball program for players league ages 4–12 is back! This five-week, flexible, and fun baseball experience is perfect for both new and returning players looking to enjoy the game without the commitment of a full season.

Program Highlights

• 5-week season starting the week of July 6
• Weeknight only sessions - no weekend games
• All games held in Pittsford - no travel

We welcome PLL softball players and families to attend the varsity softball game on Thursday, May 14, as Pittsford Mendon takes on Pittsford Sutherland at Thornell Farm Park at 5:00 PM.

Players should wear their team jerseys and arrive by 4:30 PM. They will join the varsity players on the field during the national anthem and will participate in a group photo prior to the start of the game.

Players and families are encouraged to stay and enjoy the game as former Pittsford Little League softball players compete against one another in this Section V Class AA matchup.

Z Best Foodz will also be on site serving hot dogs and burgers.

Pittsford Volunteer Ambulance Service is offering CPR and First Aid in Youth Sports training for Pittsford Little League managers, coaches, umpires, and Challenger Buddies.

This one-hour session is designed to help our coaches, umpires, and buddies respond quickly and appropriately to medical emergencies that may arise during youth sports activities. Please note that this is an informational training session and not a certification course. The goal is to provide managers and coaches with practical guidance and confidence in handling emergency situations.

Please consider attending this valuable session.
