PITTSFIELD FFA current members, former members and anyone who loves agriculture! We want to hear about your memorable experiences and the impact FFA has had on your life. FFA provides one-of-a-kind learning opportunities for students across the United States. It's not an extra-curricular activity, but an integral part of well-round education. Unfortunately, not everyone sees it this way. Some of o

ur agriculture teachers have to fight hard to keep their agriculture and FFA programs in schools, when faced with budget cuts and other unfortunate circumstances. You can help. Support FFA by joining the PITTSFIELD FFA Alumni. You can join, even if you were never a member yourself for $20 Annual fee or for a Lifetime Membership of $150. Send us a message for more info on joining. Anyone who believes in the importance of FFA and agricultural education can be a member of the National FFA Alumni association. Even if you never wore a blue jacket yourself, you’re welcome to join us as we prepare students for a brighter future. DONATE
There are many ways to contribute to FFA and agricultural education. Any gift or gesture, no matter how big or small, can make a difference and will support our PITTSFIELD FFA. "Future Farmers of America" was founded by a group of young farmers back in 1928. Their mission was to prepare future generations for the challenges of feeding a growing population. They taught us that agriculture is more than planting and harvesting-- it's a science, it's a business and it's an art. FFA continues to help the next generation rise up to meet those challenges by helping its members to develop their own unique talents and explore their interests in a broad range of career pathways.
