Martin joins BOF after 12 years at Barrington Stage Company, where he served as Director of Institutional Giving. A longtime arts leader and former singer, he brings a unique combination of nonprofit, performing arts, and fundraising experience to BOF.

This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising, finance, and performing arts operations, with opportunities to support our staff and seasonal artists throughout the year.

Position details:
🗂️ Administrative Assistant
⏰ 20–30 hours/week
💼 Part-time, non-exempt
💵 $20–$25/hour

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, professional, and eager to learn. Responsibilities include supporting individual giving and donor relations, financial and office administration, and company management for our seasonal artists and staff.
