Berkshire Museum will reopen its doors to the public on Wednesday, July 29, following a transformational renovation that sets the stage for a new and inspiring chapter!

We're adding new experiences, including 𝐶𝑎𝑏𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑡𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝐶𝑢𝑟𝑖𝑜𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑒𝑠 and a special exhibition titled 𝑉𝑜𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑅𝑒𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑜𝑛: 𝐵𝑒𝑟𝑘𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑟𝑒𝑠' 𝑅𝑒𝑣𝑜𝑙𝑢𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑟𝑦 𝐿𝑒𝑔𝑎𝑐𝑦. In addition, our 𝐼𝑚𝑚𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑑 𝑖𝑛 𝑁𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒 𝐺𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑟𝑦 and new, state-of-the-art aquarium on the first floor, that features terrestrial and aquatic species, present thoughtful ways for the public to understand nature and the world.

The museum will be open every week, Friday - Wednesday, 10:00AM - 5:00PM. Tickets go on sale starting Monday, June 29.

Immediately following the Berkshire Pride Festival on June 20, DEPOT AFTER DARK transforms downtown Pittsfield into a day-into-night celebration of music, storytelling, performance, joy, and community connection.

On Sunday, June 7 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., celebrate Jewish heritage, culture, and identity at Jewish Federation of the Berkshires’ annual Jewish Community Day at High Lawn Farm. This special gathering also marks the official launch of Federation’s 2026 community campaign, bringing our community together in a meaningful and joyful way to kick off the year ahead.

Federation invites the community to enjoy a fun-filled afternoon featuring free ice cream (while supplies last), cows, baby animals, crafts, music, raffles, a food truck, and community tables. It is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and celebrate the vibrancy of Jewish life in the Berkshires. ALL ARE WELCOME, and there is something for everyone.
