π¨ PUBLIC WARNING β LOOKING FOR OTHER VICTIMS OF OCTANE FAB / NIMA HADAVI π¨
We are continuing to look for other people who may have had similar experiences.
Our 2012 Ford Mustang GT remained at Octane Fab for nearly three years while we were repeatedly asked for additional payments and were sent numerous progress photos that led us to believe work was being completed. After recovering the vehicle, we found it in damaged condition, with missing parts and significant mechanical problems.
At this point, more than 10 individuals have contacted us with similar concerns, and we are working together to document our experiences. We are in the process of retaining legal counsel to pursue our claims and seek accountability.
We have already reported this matter to:
* Local law enforcement
* The Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Protection
* The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General
If you have:
* Paid for work that was never completed
* Been repeatedly asked for more money without receiving the promised services
* Received misleading progress updates or photos
* Had your vehicle returned damaged or with missing parts
* Or have any information that may help
Please contact us privately.
We are collecting receipts, messages, invoices, photographs, and any other documentation that may assist the ongoing investigations and future legal proceedings.
Please share this post so it can reach anyone else who may have been affected.
Together, we can help ensure the truth comes to light.
