Now Open: READY Communities Grants

The Pennsylvania Department of Aging has committed $325,000 to support projects serving older adults and people living with dementia across the Commonwealth, and will fund at least 50% of each selected project—with additional co-investment from participating foundations.

Grants of $10K–$50K are available.
