Today, in just a few short hours, marks the end of the Union Pacific Railroad's historic Big Boy 4014 Coast to Coast tour, and we would like to thank them and Norfolk Southern for making this dream come true for hundreds of thousands of people (if not millions!) across this great country! has been a very special celebration thanks to all involved! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

For those who don't know, York has more trains and train-related items for sale than any other show in the country and maybe even the world. While there is a lot of O, S and Standard Gauge, all scales and gauges of trains can be found in the 6 seller halls (2 public, 4 member) as well as scenery supplies, tools, accessories, books, videos, real railroad memorabilia and more. If you are close or can manage to go at least once, check it out! If you have never been before, you can attend once as a guest and see what it is all about (membership will be required to return to future Yorks).

The Big Boy Coast to Coast tour officially ends tomorrow (7/29/26), but it leaves a real legacy here in the East that will continue into the future. :)

More than two weeks after the historic locomotive rolled through the city, museum officials say the Big Boy generated the largest positive boost the museum has ever experienced.
