We at STMM have the opportunity to partner with many ministries as they proclaim Gods Word, teach who God is and show His love through acts of kindness. This is the season when many of these ministries are conducting Vacation Bible School as we do here in the US. It is great to see the number of kids learning about God who lives them and cares that they know about Him! These are some pics of kids at a church that we at STMM partner with in Pakistan for VBS.

Brothers and sisters I need to ask for your guidance as I also ask for the Lord to guide and tell us what to do.
Mayamba out of Uganda has asked for $2800 to buy medical kits for kits for the delivery of babies in his village there in Uganda. I asked him to explain what is in the kits. They just experienced receiving a child to their orphanage who was under 5 yo because the mother had died of infection after giving birth. She did not have the kit to give to the hospital so that the baby could be delivered in a sterile environment.

Hello brother David, Praise God and am happy to hear from you. The mother kit includes essential medical and hygiene supplies required for a safe and sanitary childbirth. In countries like Uganda here, expectant mothers who goes to government hospitals for free delivery without paying any cost like in private hospitals are typically expected to bring this kit with them when arriving at a hospital or health center to deliver their baby. And they contain the following items: Delivery & Sanitation SuppliesPlastic/Polythene Sheets: Used as a clean surface for the mother to lie on during labor and for the midwife to place equipment on.Sterile Surgical Gloves: Used by the midwife or doctor to ensure a sterile environment and prevent infections.Sterile Razor Blade: Used for cutting the umbilical cord.Cord Ligatures / Ties: Used to tie off and secure the baby’s umbilical cord safely after it is cut.Cotton Wool: Used for cleaning and disinfecting the mother before delivery.Gauze Pads: Used for wiping and cleaning the newborn's eyes and face immediately after birth, MomSoap: Essential for washing hands and general hygiene before and after the delivery process.Maternity / Sanitary Pads: Absorbs heavy post-delivery bleeding, Baby Soap: Gentle soap meant specifically for the newborn’s first bath.

Thank you for working with us and supporting the work we do in the lives of the kids without parents, and for sure you have done a great job 💯 to save life and transforming their lives that we do appreciate so much in our lives. And we agree with you about the ministry of kids program that you support were by women are not part of that. It Challenged us so much because we used to do it some times back and this time during our homes visits program were we visits several families for home Bible sharing and sharing the Gospel with those needy families, and they have been raising it in their prayer request as we pray with them after sharing the Gospel and we just felt the need on our hearts.

We do understand very well about the good observation you have given. We shared it mostly with famela friends and 4 of them have donated $350 towards helping the needy expectant mothers.

So brothers and sisters I present Mayambas account of the need. We have supported the kids in his orphanage/children’s home for years. This is beyond that but as we just experienced with Mayamba that to not have these kits leads to additional orphans and the lack of showing Christs love in action!

You can donate specifically for these kits via givebutter at the following link:

Thanks so much for those of you that have donated to Seize the Moment Ministries! God continues to provide so that we can forward the funds to the people who really need it!
The boys (44) in the children’s home received the underwear 6 pack that they receive annually. The two men in Pakistan received the medication they needed to kill off the Hepatitis in one and infection that had gone into the spine of the other. So thanks!

We have been helping Pastor Tariq from Pakistan’s support members of his congregation while they also support their town to spread the Great News of Jesus.
Pastor Tariq contacted me today asking if we could provide $500. Brothers Imran and Younas need another months worth of prescription meds (totaling $300) for Hepatitis and bone infections. And they need $200 to cover the cost of a number of women’s programs that are aimed at teaching mothers how to protect their young daughters that may be taken hostage and sold for early marriage or sexual use. We just received a very generous donation that will meet these needs. Thank you so much!

Not another fundraising tool. All of them. Givebutter brings together everything you need for smoother fundraising, marketing, and donor management under one roof.

Thank you so much for your continued interest in and support of what Seize the Moment Ministries has been doing in India, Uganda, and Pakistan.

This year has continued to be a busy season of caring for and encouraging pastors, children’s home directors, and the people they faithfully serve in these countries.

In February, I traveled to India and returned in early March. During that time, a Christian brother and close friend joined me in ministry throughout Chennai and Noida. We were able to encourage believers, minister to local churches, and proclaim God’s Word to several Hindu communities.

Because our return was delayed by a week due to the bombing of airport runways in Dubai by Iran, we unexpectedly had additional opportunities to lead Bible studies in several homes. During these gatherings, we heard powerful testimonies from former Hindus who had recently come to faith in Jesus Christ and experienced His saving grace.

Other ministry opportunities Seize the Moment Ministries has helped support this year include:

Assisting with the medical care of a 16-year-old boy from a children’s home in Uganda after their bus was struck broadside by a city bus.

Supporting the director of the Ugandan children’s home after he suffered a stroke and required surgery to remove blood clots from his brain.

Purchasing reusable hygiene pads and undergarments for the girls living in the Ugandan children’s home.

Providing funds for the deposit on a new church location in Noida. The church family is trusting God and has already received faith pledges to help cover the monthly rent.

Supporting Pastor Samuel in Noida with funding for a Vacation Bible School serving approximately 120 children living in tent communities, many of whom come from Hindu families.

Providing funding for Vacation Bible School at the children’s home south of Chennai.

Supporting Pastor Tariq in Sialkot, Pakistan. These funds are used to minister to and support local families affected by the closure of the nearby brick kiln factory due to the ongoing conflict involving Iran, Lebanon, Israel, and the United States.
All funds received by Seize the Moment Ministries are forwarded through secure online financial services such as Xoom and WorldRemit. One hundred percent of designated ministry funds are sent directly to support these overseas ministries.

Here are a few pictures representing some of the work God has allowed us to be part of this year.

Current ministry needs include:

Providing additional support for Pastor Tariq and his community, as the town has no unemployment insurance and the financial need remains ongoing. We typically send Pastor Tariq $500 at a time to help support families in the area. While distributing supplies, Pastor Tariq also has the opportunity to share that these gifts are provided by fellow believers seeking to demonstrate the love and compassion of God through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Several men in Pastor Tariq’s congregation, including his assistant pastor, are in need of financial assistance for urgent medical care. These needs include hernia repair surgery, ongoing Hepatitis C treatment, and care for severe infections that have led to partial paralysis. The estimated need for these medical expenses is approximately $2,000.

The boys from the children’s home in Uganda are in need of new underwear. Each year, STMM typically provides funds so that each boy can receive a couple pairs, alongside the ministry’s support for the girls’ sanitary supplies. The estimated cost for this need is approximately $750.

Thank you again for your prayers,

I have received an update on Henry Mayamba himself. Henry is the director of a children’s home in Uganda:

Hello my brother David in Christ family and everything in my life, Praise God. And am Henry writing with a lot of joy from the bottom of my HEART. Thank you for saving my life, thank you and God bless you abundantly. To be honest, I would be died by now without you with that caring HEART. We normally praise and worship for 30 munites, and then I preach for 1hour but on that day I preached for around 35 minuts as I was not feeling well. Have received all your prayers and financial support through my assistant called Robert. Am relatively doing well after my surgery than before when I had too much complications, no more too much headache as it used to be and have started moving within the hospital, and am likely to go back home either on Wednesday or Thursday this week after doing some medical checks today especially ECG test and others which have discovered an enlargement on left heart due to high pressure strains the heart during the time of a stroke, but doctors said it's at a manegeble level with serious medications of drugs only. And good news from other tests shows that my brain, kidneys, eyes and other organs were not affected. Thank you once again for saving my life with your prayers and financial support you sent that has helped me to clear the first medical bill.

And please now keep me in your prayers to get an extra medical funds to cover my extra oxygen days spent in hospital as I was having difficulties in breathing, extra Tests that we have done and getting medicine for three months that are going to help me with blood pressure and the issue of Heart to normalize in it's size as it's the only big challenge am facing with persistent shortness of breath, fatigue and when I try to walk within I feel irregular heart beat which doctors recommended to start medicine immediately to avoid Heart failure.
Thank you once again for saving my life. Your brother Henry in Christ.

Folks, the orphanage director Henry Mayamba in Uganda has had a bad stroke. Yesterday, when he had the stroke he was unconscious the entire day. Today he has been in and out of consciousness. The doctors need to do surgery to clear the clots in the blood vessels of his brain.
I need to help raise $4500 quickly so Henry can have the needed surgery.

If you could help it would be greatly appreciated!
