Earlier this month, Land Bank teammates Phen and Maggie secured a new TCLB owned property in Glassport! Securing a home is our first step after acquiring new properties. Now that we are the owners, we'll be taking care of landscaping and making sure it stays secure as we begin to work on a plan for this property's next chapter! 🏚

Having a licensed drone pilot on staff will help us to learn more about the state of potential new properties, give buyers a better understanding of the roofs of homes, and support other work in the COG’s member municipalities!
