Engineers for a Sustainable World (ESW) Engineers for a Sustainable World is a nonprofit network made up of people passionate about technical sustainability from all across the world.

Our chapters, located throughout the US, work on projects that they select that range from campus to communities to international locations. We are always looking for new schools that are interested in getting involved - contact info @ eswusa.org for more information on becoming a chapter.

The wait is finally over!

ESW HQ is excited to announce that ESWcon27 will be hosted by the University of Illinois Chicago from April 1st to April 3rd, 2027.

Our theme is Green City Systems and we are so excited to see you next year in Chicago!

Looking back at ESWcon26 we are still so grateful for everyone who came to Austin. Congratulations again to all of our winners! From Outstanding Chapters and Members to the Design Challenge, we are so proud to have all of these wonderful students in ESW. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
