We are looking for someone with a strong background in Early Childhood Education to become our Assistant Director. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or classroom coaching experience. This position entails monitoring each classroom to ensure that all policies and regulations for licensing, Early Head Start, Pre K Counts, Keystone Stars, and NAEYC are being met. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required in ECE or related field. Those with knowledge of implementing the Pyramid Model will be prioritized. E.O.E.
