We're officially official! 🥳🚫👻❤️

🎉 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🎉

For the last 17 years, the Steel City Ghostbusters have been bringing Ghostbusters fandom to life across the greater Pittsburgh area by showing up at community events, raising money for great causes, and putting smiles on faces of all ages.

Today we are proud to announce the beginning of a new chapter for our group. We are now an officially recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and the first Ghostbusters nonprofit group in Pennsylvania!

This new status strengthens our ability to support the causes we care about, including our ongoing participation in the Ghostbusters Give Back campaign, where we're currently raising money for Marines Toys for Tots.

As always, our goal is simple: use fandom for good and keep giving back to the communities we serve!

First up is the amazing Pittsburgh St. Paddy's Day parade last month! Despite the rain we had a great turnout and as my little Bean's first parade, she had an absolute blast representing the Steel City GBs in style!

Have to say, for those of us in the North right now and the last few/next couple of months...the red coat is literally still the best investment I've ever made.

I get 500% more use out of it weekly not to mention daily, than any other piece of Ghostbusters related wardrobe I own. Period.

Hell, for some down South, the weather is even hitting temps low enough to use it.
