This hits close to home, law enforcement say this isn't a hate crime. With the tragic loss of a beautiful young spirit, Stonewall Alliance and Stonewall Sports Pittsburgh are sending their condolences to the Likens family. Honoring Pauly’s memory, a candlelight vigil is scheduled for Saturday, July 13. Hosted by the LGBTQIA+ Alliance Shenango Valley, the vigil will take place at 7 p.m. at 87 Stambaugh Ave. in Sharon, PA.

Our Intro....

Stonewall Alliance is a non-profit organization that offers various sports and social programs for the LGBT community and its allies. Stonewall Alliance was born from the Stonewall Sports Pittsburgh which is our grounding foundation and we are evolving from being primarily a sports organization by increasing awareness, education and community impact.

Stonewall Alliance currently offers all-inclusive sports leagues such as kickball, dodgeball, sand volleyball, bowling and bocce. Don’t worry, if you don’t believe you can play, just try us, all levels of athleticism are welcome here! We also hope to offer non-sport programs soon.

The Stonewall Alliance also worked within our communities to raise money for multiple charitable groups such as the GLCC, Proud Haven, The Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. We are very excited to announce a special partnership with PERSAD, where funds from our sports enrollment will be directly invested with this amazing group! PERSAD has served the Pittsburgh and Washington communities with outreach, education and counseling services since 1972, and we are so happy to partner with them. Our community outreach has also worked to clean parks and plant flowers, whatever it takes to enhance the community in which we live, work and play!
