TRICON 2026 Special Award Results

If you've been to TRICON, you know the club sponsors a number of "Special Awards" for various modeling niches. These awards are paid for and judged by individual club members as a way to recognize and encourage their own special interests. Because these awards are judged before the final medal awards are available, they may sometimes disagree with the medal awards - we think that adds a little fun.

This year's winners, in no particular order:

- Dave Veres Memorial Award for Best Old (pre 1980) Aircraft Kit -
"P-47N" built by Kirk B.
