A thank you from the recipient of the 2017 John’s Way Scholarship 🌻:

Hello, I am Garrett Jacobs, the 2017 receiver of the John Zecchino KAΦ scholarship. I have just finished my Sophomore year at Grove City College where I am majoring in Marketing Management. Freshman year I made the decision to join the Kappa Alpha Phi fraternity and it was the best decision I could have made. I was very fortunate to find such a great group on campus where I could surround myself with such a strong sense brotherhood.
​When I received the news that I would be receiving the John’s Way scholarship I was not only incredibly honored, but I could hardly believe it. Not only had I gained such strong relationships through joining the fraternity that have been there for me through thick and thin, but I was now also being relieved from some of the financial burden that comes with attending college. I am beyond thankful to have received this scholarship and I am excited to watch as it continues to have an incredible impact on the lives of others in years to come.

We are so grateful to all of you for supporting John's Way Fifth Annual Fundraiser. You made it another wonderful night full of love, laughter, moscow mules, dancing, and great memories of John.

As always, it was wonderful to see so many old and new friends come together to celebrate John's life while supporting his foundation. Your support and generousity raised $15,000 for John's Way this year!

Thank you so much for making a difference in the lives of the children, veterans, and families who will benefit because of your kindness. John lived his life helping those less fortunate and we are committed to continuing his work, and have all of you to thank for making this a reality.
