Hi all,
Please save the date for an upcoming Virtual Community Meeting that will be on Monday April 6th starting at 7pm. The focus of this meeting will be to meet Trek Development who has been selected as the Developer to develop the Lexington Technology Park into a multi-family residential development. Trek will review a preliminary site plan that explains their proposed plans. Please plan on joining us so that we can gather your feedback on these preliminary plans.
The virtual meeting invite will be sent out closer to the date of our meeting.

We have been contacted by the City to host a DAM Meeting (Development Activities Meeting) regarding applicants (Preservation Pittsburgh & Westinghouse Legacy) that have submitted an application to the City’s HRC (Historic Review Committee) to have Westinghouse Park declared a historic landmark. As a part of the submission project, the applicant(s) will be presenting their request that they filed to the City and will be able to answer any of your questions about the impact of the potential Historic Designation.

Thank you to everyone that attended the Developer Review Meeting last night for Lexington Technology Park. (Lots 7228-7930 McPherson Blvd). We were able to review proposals / presentations from PennRose Development, Trek Development and Tareen Development.

The URA has created a questionnaire to capture any final comments that you may have regarding the proposed residential development. Please complete your responses by next Tuesday July 15th.

Hello Neighbors,

The URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) will host an online meeting on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm to present proposals from developers for multi-family residential housing to be built on the 4 acre site located at Lexington Technology Park. (This is the area bounded by Homewood Ave., The East Busway, Lexington Ave., and the backs of the private properties on Thomas Blvd. between Homewood and Lexington Avenues.)

The purpose of this meeting is to have the community meet the short-listed developers and listed to their proposed development options for the site. We would like to then receive your feedback before the developers submit their final proposals.
