We received some very good feedback from this program’s participants! One 82-year-old participant said, “In the 12 years I’ve been here, this is one of the best programs I’ve participated in”. ❤️ This is why we do what we do!

We’re very excited to announce the conclusion of a successful pilot program last week! The “Being Well Group” gave participants experience in stress reduction, and tools for dealing with trauma, conflict, and building healthy relationships.
