When you ask what a Dude would really believe when it comes to politics.. It is never what's trending.. I believe leaning more towards a much smaller and less interfering government that does its job and is accountable to the people it is chosen to represent.. So more often that is the Libertarian Party.

That being said a Dude who is NOT a politician need not concern himself with the rabble in DC and would have her energy best served on creating a relaxing atmosphere in their home!

The world lost one of the best Dudes today, but the universe gained the spiritual power of one of the baddest mofos I have ever known!

If I did shots I would do a double Patron, Golden.. To you Uncle Chuck! May you rest with God and guide us all in your memory.

May we remember that life is what we make it and nothing keeps a person grounded and focused, (even a squid like me ;) ) as does slappin on your leathers and forgetting the cagers and twisties while pushing the Ton on the highway.. Just you and the Universe, eyes to the horizon, wind in your hair.. That is where I will see you, I know you are there, on the next part of your grand adventure!

If you are new, welcome! Here we learn to relax and enjoy life - cause as serious as life can be none of us are gonna make it out alive, so we learn to not take life so seriously while appreciating and respecting the sacred beauty that makes up everything, including YOU!

As a Dudeist you are part of one of the worlds slowest growing philosophical ways of life, and we choose to go with the river for reason!

The oldest and wisest teachings from Buddah to Jesus pose the scenario of allowing life to happen be it the parables of birds needs being provided for without toil and the key to happiness being acceptance, well actually that is pretty much the cap on the soda! To accept that which is beyond our capacity to control. Many modern and all the way back to the ancient philosophical ways of thought we read or hear the phrase, "Let Go and Let God" well that is OUR PURPOSE! To let GO! Your particular Dogma matters not. We ALL can share in the way of the Dude. To do this we Abide.

I do not want to create confusion, so on this we will defer to Websters Dictionary which defines Abide as: 1 a : to bear patiently : tolerate. b : to endure without yielding : withstand. 2 : to wait for : await.
