Today, we recognize the importance of cultural diversity and the many perspectives that shape our communities.

When we take time to listen, learn, and understand one another, we create space for compassion, respect, and belonging.

Together, we are stronger. 🌎

Motherhood comes in many forms, but the love behind it is always powerful.

Today, we honor the moms, grandmothers, caregivers, and all who nurture others with patience and compassion.

Happy Mother’s Day. We see you and appreciate you. 🌼

Sr. Sheila Carney is one of our founding Trustees and still serves on our board. She is a powerhouse of what it means to lead with Grace and Mercy!

Before she takes the stage at Commencement this Saturday, it’s worth taking a moment to consider the kind of impact Sister Sheila has made. From founding the Carlow Roundtable to building initiatives that connect campus and community, her work has shaped how Carlow lives its mission every day.

As she prepares to serve as this year’s keynote speaker and receive an honorary doctorate, we’re reflecting on everything she’s meant to this community.

Discover Sister Sheila’s story: https://www.carlow.edu/srsheila/

Carlow’s largest graduating class will celebrate Commencement on May 9 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
