We are a group of students and faculty passionate about gender equality in the field of international security. We meet monthly to elevate the voices of women, LGBTQIA+ and gender non-conforming persons in the international security space through working towards diversifying programming and curricula, developing professional development opportunities in this field, and circulating a quarterly news
