Did you know that The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy’s Trackchair Program at Frick Park loans out electric-powered, all-terrain wheelchairs free of charge? We're hitting the trails with them this Thursday!

The Trackchair was invented in 2008 by Tim Swenson. He built the first prototype using bent steel tubing, snowmobile tracks, and a broken boat seat so his son who is paralyzed could regain access to the outdoors.

Our Golden Window provides stipends for adaptive equipment, helping people in the SCI community regain access to recreation, independence, and the outdoors.

Celebrate Disability Pride Day with the Pittsburgh Pirates on July 12!
