About Our Ministry
Rachel’s Vineyard is a weekend retreat for women and men who struggle with emotional and spiritual pain of abortion and who seek healing, forgiveness, and peace. It is open to mothers, fathers, married couples, grandparents, siblings, and those who have worked in the abortion industry. In a nurturing emotionally safe environment, the retreatants can openly grieve their lost children and address all the ways they have been affected by abortion. Pain and suffering are transformed through a spiritual process using rituals, meditations, and a memorial service to acknowledge their lost children, to surrender them to the loving care of God, and replace the sorrow and regret with acceptance, hope and peace. It is open to anyone regardless of faith tradition or absence of one. All one needs is a desire for healing and God will do the rest.
