This Martin Luther King Jr. day community leaders around Pittsburgh asked themselves, "What would Martin do today?"

We believe Martin would take a day that's meant to honor himself and feed any family he could. Martin would personally lift 500 boxes of food and carry them on his own back so families wouldn't go hungry. He would ensure that every family regardless of color received a meal and he would make sure the hungriest individuals were fed first!

Today we reflect on the man we know Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. to be and recognize the Martin's who walk amongst us today.

Come on down and let us feed you in the spirit of Martin. No family will go hungry.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell would not agree to bring that chamber back immediately, all but ensuring a Senate trial could not begin at least until Jan. 19. Still, McConnell did not rule out voting to convict Trump in the event of a trial.
