🎉It’s our birthday!! 🎉 We have completed our second year of arts programming and scholarship awards thanks to supporters like YOU! We are continually growing and inspiring our youth through the arts.
Today also happens to be Giving Tuesday 😊
This day represents a global movement that celebrates generosity and giving. We encourage you to give by way of time, funding, or support to something that matters to you.

We have been able to serve our youth through college scholarships, help with tuition to participate in arts programming, art supply and musical instrument donations, in-school and after-school enrichments, and summer arts programming.
Since we’ve started in 2021, the generosity of our supporters made it possible for us to:
•Serve 498 students to date
•Give out 9 College Scholarships
•Provide 220 hrs of arts programming
•Serve 25 Schools and Organizations

✨ We are so excited to be a part of Franchise Band’s 2nd Annual Toys For Tots Musical Bonanza! This is a fabulous event that will bring Christmas cheer to many children in our community. Mark your calendars!! ✨

In July, we partnered up with Pittsburgh Public Schools for the 2022 Summer Boost Program!

This is a 19-day summer program where The Giving Grace Foundation along with other local providers provide a quality, fun, and engaging experience for campers which in turn promotes a well-rounded education during their summer camp experience.

Along with core academics, students were exposed to art and culture while participating in activities that nourish their overall development.

We doubled the amount of children this year to 120 students! 🎉 We had such a blast this year and we are so proud of our students!

✨It was such an honor to present Mr. Littlejohn with the 2022 Guito & Rozwell Joseph Memorial Scholarship Award. We attended the school's senior awards night and his classmates and faculty got to see him accept his award.

Xavier is an extraordinary young man. He has overcome extreme adversity in his life. Growing up in the foster care system, he had to endure many hardships while staying active with school activities and maintaining high honor roll in middle school and high school. Many of the faculty at his school describe him as a hard worker, intelligent, thoughtful, selfless, and bright young man. We couldn't agree more.
His goal is to become a licensed architect. He will be attending the University of Pittsburgh to study architecture next fall!
Xavier also wants to help the youth who were in a similar position as he was in within the foster care system. He plans to help change the world and raise awareness regarding the foster care system and its effects on youth. He says he also plans to be a role model for his younger siblings. He is already a fantastic role model to us.
We are so proud of him and can't to see what the future holds for him.

We are so proud of each applicant, and cannot wait to see what the future holds for each one.
We are also very proud and grateful to carry on the legacies of Guito and Rozwell Joseph.
